A chat sales assistant that never makes up a price
For an online classifieds marketplace: the assistant talks to sellers about renewing their package and takes them all the way to payment.
What it does
It runs the sales conversation from the reminder about an expiring package to the payment link. It answers from the marketplace rules and the seller's account, and takes the price from the sales system.
The problem
- Account managers wrote by hand to every seller whose package was about to expire.
- A conversation means questions about rules, the account and the price, and every answer has to match the price list.
- Reports of fraud attempts turn up in the middle of the same conversation.

How it works in this project
The price always comes from the sales system
The model recognises what the seller wants to buy; the system fills in the price and the payment link.
Answers from the marketplace rules, not from memory
Every question about the rules is checked against the official FAQ, and the answer does not change under pressure.
Safety first, the offer second
When a conversation looks like a fraud attempt, it warns the seller and holds the sale.
These rules were worked out together with the client, to fit how they work. In your company they may look different, and I will fit the system to the way you work.
